Delivery within Nairobi will be done on the same day after placing your order, while delivery in other parts of Kenya will be done next day.

After placing an order with us, we’ll call you to confirm your order details (delivery location, date of delivery, method and rates for delivery) after which we will dispatch it with your courier of choice.

We normally don’t issue invoices with our orders, however if you do need one, we will provide one in your order package.

You are eligible for refunds if an item is defect, we will only accept refunds if the item has been returned in it’s original package and with an unbroken seal.
